Integration of IDM with Chrome is kinda simple and easy. you can do it without any software :) just follow the bellow steps and enjoy IDM with Chrome.

First you must need to delete the integration file names as (IDMGCExt.crx) From the IDM folder which is generally located in C programs files :).
Download the new Extension file of IDM.
After Download it just drag and drop it into the google chrome extension page as shown in picture bellow :) .

After dropping a pop will appear. Just click on add button and you are done.
Now you can check the IDM extension is appeared in Chrome extension panel.

How to integrate IDM with Firefox in Windows XP, 7,8 and Vista?

Here we go! Now we will learn how we can easily integrate IDM extension in Firefox.

First Open your IDM.
Click on Downloads button from the menu bar and go for options button from the drop down menu.
A IDM Configuration Pop Up will appear.
On the General tab check the box labeled as “Use advanced browser integration“.
A re-boot Prompt will appear. Click on yes and then click on OK for next prompt.
After restart open IDM again and go to option again.
Now check the box labeled as “Detect new application that try to download files from the internet“. As shown in figure bellow.

It will again ask for reboot do same and you are almost done.
After restart check this setting again and you will see that Firefox and chrome are added in the extension list.
