1. First thing is first Install HTC Sync on your PC. It is very important to root it. you can easily download it to HTC website.
2. Unlock your phone’s boot loader for this purpose go to htcdev. com/bootloader and select the “all other supported models” as this phone is not listed i the menu and then click on Begin the Unlock Boot loader.
3. Don’t forget to add a Recovery. This will allow you to install .zip ROM’s. You can access to it in the menu android phones when booting the phone after removing-inserting the battery and pressing “volume down” and “power” buttons simultaneously.
   Now Download the A310 Recovery. and extract it on your PC location at (C:\HTC). run the recovery.bat with phone in fastboot mode (first option in the “3 android menu” ) and connected with usb.
   After Successfully instal now you can now install any compatible .zip ROM or app.
4. Final and last step is ROOT the device. Place this Superuser.zip file somewhere in the micro SD first. then Go into Recovery mode (“volume down” + “power”) and install Superuser.zip with the option “install .zip from sd” from the recovery menu. that’s all :) .
