I know you can reset your Device by pushing the button for instance (on the back of your Device). But what you will do, if you are at 1st floor and your device is fit on 5th floor :) . I damn sure you are not going to 5th Floor :P .

Steps to reboot your PTCL Broadband Device Remotely :

First Login into your PTCL Admin panel by entering “192.168.1.1” in the URL bar.
Now PTCL Broadband Dashboard will be open against your modem IP.
Just locate the “management” tab under the navigation menu.
Under the Management Drop down you will see the option of Save/Reboot, Just click on it as show in picture bellow. Don’t forget to Check your PTCL Broadband Speed Online – PTCL DSL.

That’s all just click on Save/Reboot Button and your Modem will automatically restart. If you want to reset it directly then you need to locate the reset button on the device. it is normally places under the body. So, you need a needle in order to push that button. The reset button is placed on the back of router near the line cable ports. you can see it as show in picture bellow.
