The country’s oldest car maker Hindustan Motors said production at the plant near Kolkata, has been closed due to mounting debt and lack of demand.Company discharged All two thousand workers without any payment.

It is really so sad for all worker because they become hand to mouth.it is really a big loss for Indian.

A top official of the Company told AFP news agency, “Production has been suspended for an indefinite period and it has certainly proven that the company can not earn a profit”. Company sold only 2,200 cars for the fiscal year ending in March 2014.The first car went on sale in 1957 and was built on the pattern of British car Morris Oxford.
