1. First, Make sure your PayPal is not limited
2. Now you need to register 2 fiverr accounts and make at least 1 gig on both accounts.
   Note: Never try to open both Fiverr account from the same IP.
3. Now you will use one account as a seller and the second as a buyer.
4. In your Seller Fiverr account add PayPal and Payoneer account. Seller account is one which you will use to buy a gig. i.e you will use it to buy gig from other (Buyer) account.
5. Now start a conversation (discussion) between both account.
6. Now send a custom order from buyer account to the seller account. i.e if you have $100 in your PayPal then you can send an offer of $100.
7. From your seller account accept the order and use PayPal as a payment gateway.
8. Now simply cancel the order by mutual cancellation :). By going this all the amount will automatically transfer into your seller account.
