So, finally here is my step by step tutorial you need to follow :) . What you all need to have as requirement.

VLC Player
Video :)

Tutorial start here :

Open VLC Player and click on Media button.
Under the Media drop down go for Convert/Save button. (you may also go with Ctrl+R).
Now a Open Media dialogue box will appear.
Click on Open button and select the desire file which you want to change its format and click OK.

You can also do this by typing Alt+O. A new window will open.
Click on Browse and select the desire path where you want to save new converted file.
