According to Local Court, Arrest Warrant issued against Imran Khan (PTI Charmian) and Dr. Tahir UL Qadri for the violence of section 144
According to news and media, Arrest Warrant issued against Imran Khan, Tahir UL Qadri and 27 other members of PTI (Pakistan Tahreek e Insaaf) and PAT (Pakistan Awami Tahreek) for violence of section 144 during the protest.
Local Magistrate Waqas Rasheed hearing the Trial for violence of act 144 in Islamabad. During the hearing, The interim challan was presented against DJ Butt. On that the stance adopted by the DJ Butt’s lawyer that his client respected the law and the judiciary. He added that Imran Khan and Qadri, 27 others names are also included in this case but you are targeting my client :(.
On DJ Butt Lawyer’s argued, a request is made by the prosecution of the court that others should also be summoned to the court who are named in this case. Court issued arrest warrants against Imran Khan, Tahir UL Qadri and 27 others:
Yeah, it is true, due to the violence of section 144 during the protest organized by PTA and PAT, Local Court issued arrest warrants by hearing the argued of DJ Butt Lawyer. DJ Butt Lawyer’s said that the court targeted my client where as there are 27 more names are listed in this case. My client DJ Butt obey the judiciary and Laws.
Keep in mind DJ butt was the member of PTI and PAT protest organized in Islamabad in 2014 against Government. DJ entertain the protesters with his cool collection of songs.
