Living with this novel corona-virus is a new normal. But with the recent wave of corona-virus, many countries have again imposed lockdown in different parts of the world. Eat healthily

Include a variety of fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. Vitamin C is the best immunity booster nutrient. Include vitamin C enriched fruits and vegetables like oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, strawberries, broccoli, spinach, kale, and bell peppers in your diet. Daily consumption of vitamin C is important because your body neither produce it nor store it.

Apart from essential vitamins, your immunity also needs carbs, fats, and proteins. And for that include oats, whole grain bread, portions of pasta, brown rice, yogurt, cheese, milk, eggs, legumes, and oils like olive oil.

Stay hydrated
