You can do plenty of cool stuff this summer but I’ll tell you things that are productive. These things are top among my list which you can enjoy alone, with friends or family. Having vacations and fun is important as it lowers the stress level, less the risk of heart attack, etc. According to a study, vacations and relaxing help motivate and achieve your goals. You better spend your vacations doing productive and fun stuff rather than getting bored at home. 1. Hiking Summer
You can go hiking with your friends on a hill station near you or near your city. It’s a way to have fun with your friends and gain some physical fitness. It will also help your mind to get some relaxing time. You can hike and camp as well on a night with a bunch of friends remembering fun events.

This vacation might be the best chance for you to get some fitness and play your favorite sports. You can join a club for playing that sport or grab some friends with you. You can play soccer, cricket, hockey, badminton or whichever sport you like the most. My recommendation for you is to play at night as the summer heat in the day might get you dehydrated. You should have some kind of sports in these vacations. At least, try it for once.
3. A Night Of Movies
You can get comfy, grab your snacks and watch movies on a night with family or friends. You can spend quality time with your family, watching movies. Watch movies in different languages with English subtitles as it helps to enhance your vocabulary while having fun. Try to watch movies that give some kind of lesson or related to history to improve your and your kid’s knowledge. Make sure you don’t watch too many movies to start acting like a character or so.
4. Music Concerts
Grab your friends from high school and plan to watch a live concert. You can watch your favorite band playing live music and can feel the heat of the moment. You could have fun, chants with the crowd, and could also take a selfie with the band. Gather your friends and let them decide which concert to go to and you can pay for tickets as a gesture of kindness. Of course, if you like.
5. Scavenger Hunting
If you are a school student you should definitely try it or you are a parent you could arrange it for children. It’s a game that you can play in your town which requires finding objects by using hints. It’s definitely a productive game overall and helps in your child’s mental growth. Parents should help their children arrange stuff and places required for scavenger hunting. Now, let’s play!
6. Your City Tour
There must be many amazing places you have not discovered in your city yet as you don’t have time. This summer, you must explore your own city and you could find some amazing places that you never knew were there. You can gain knowledge about your city’s history, its streets, areas and much more. Let’s write your city tour on your bucket list. You should have a fun experience exploring.
7. A Quality Reading
Hey, you are a person that doesn’t like to spend vacations outside. Wait, I have a perfect idea for you to have fun at home. You should pick up a new novel with interesting stories that are knowledgeable. Spend your time reading quality books and novels and share your review about it to a friend when read thoroughly. It will also help people around you to have some fun sitting home and enjoy interesting stories.
8. Historical Sites & Museum
There are many historical sites and informative museums around your city that you don’t go to due to lack of time. This summer, make a plan to go to these sites and gather knowledge about your culture, traditions, and much more. It is recommended by me to go there with your family or some best friends to make your boring day joyful.
9. Volunteer Regularly
If you don’t have enough friends or you like to help people a lot. Then, you should join an NGO for these vacations to work for them and help the people in need or to clean the city and much more. You might motivate more people to join NGOs as volunteers or give donations for helping more people. The important matter is that you love to help people and that’s what you are. Join an NGO and help people as much as you can.
10. Trips On Road
If you are a parent and thinking about how to spend quality time as a family together. This might be the answer. You should plan road trips with your children and do camping, fishing, and tell old stories to your kids. Give your children a chance to grow up by assigning them specific tasks. This vacation might be the best to go for a road trip as there will be fewer people around you due to Covid-19.
11. Push Your Comfort Zone
During this vacation, you should put your limits to a test and push them further. Do stuff that you want to but don’t have done due to fear of people around you. Make yourself comfortable with the things that are hardest for you to do. Make every moment count for you.
12. Take Challenges
Giving challenges to each other is a fun way to learn and explore. You should definitely try that out with friends or siblings. Assign task to each other with limited resources and to give a specific time for completing that task. Give it a go and make joyful memories.
13. Learn New Stuff
You probably want to learn some new skills or things that your busy schedule doesn’t allow. You can utilize this vacation to get productive and learn new skills which might help you shape your career to success.
