Latest news Shawwal Moon in Saudi Arabia has been Spotted. So, Tomorrow there will be Eid UL Fittar Celebrated. The Shawwal moon was reportedly spotted Sunday in the night sky, indicating Eid UL-Fitar will be on July 17, an official announcement from Saudi Arabia.

Eid will also be celebrated on Friday in United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Indonesia, Malaysia and New Zealand. Similarly, Muslims in many western countries, including the US and UK, will celebrate Eid on Friday. Meanwhile, the Pakistan Markazi Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will meet in Islamabad on Friday.
Eid UL-Fitar marks the end of the Muslim holy fasting month of Ramadan and lasts three days. Determining the exact date depends on observing the Shawwal moon. People Offer Eid Prayer and Greet each other by hug each other and say Salam. Pakistan Day time is always one day far from Saudi Arabia. So, Eid in Pakistan will be celebrated on 29 July 2014.
