2013 CSS Result has been Declared 97% Candidates failed

A news come from Dunya channel that “2013 CSS Result has been Declared 97% Candidates failed“. It is the question on Education System why the result is so poor.It educational institution did not give proper time to there candidates?There are 11604 candidates of CSS Examination besides this only 1 thousand candidates are succeed to get through the examination.

Chairman of Education Department Lahore took a serious action on this failure.
Candidates says that they read all the day long.

Have not enough time to spare with their families.Besides all of these the result is unbelievable.They request to the Education Department to please reconsider the rules and Term of CSS again.
